Doctor Agasa got the idea to hold a treasure hunt with Junior Detective League in his uncle villa which will be destructed next month. When breaking a secret code that is installed, Conan realizes that there are traces of a person in the villa that should be empty for 50 years. They also found the plates and vases are sculpted with patterns and gathered in a certain room. Conan follows the trail of clues and runs smack-dab into a dead old man in an attic!

While thinking about this riddle, when they open a hidden treasure chest from Doctor Agasa,  toys in it was destroyed through a mess! But from this incident, Conan felt sure that the pattern is the real secret codes.

By coincidence Conan met with a big man named Tequila near where new product launches in game company, attended by Richard and Rachel. Assuming that he has a relationship with a man in black. Conan followed by installing a bug. But until in the toilet where Tequila locked himself, toilet exploded! Conan felt lost track of the man in black.

Conan start the hypothesis of the words that he heard through a bug right before the bomb explosion. Threatening letter addressed to the director for new product launch event is stopped, suspicious behavior among the designers of the game, one by one, the case became clear. But when it's one of the plan has entered the countdown!

Conan glad to join Sherlock Holmes tour. Incidentally Harley Hartwell joined in the tour thought Sherlock Holmes and Jimmy Kudo also joined. Conan the feeling Harley suspect that he is Jimmy Kudo, reckless to do analysis in front of Harley. But what awaits him there was a horrible murder drama! It was started from strange accident on the landlord. The man who is also the tour operators that fall into the sea with his car before yearly hypothetical quiz show begins.

At the same time, participants tour consisting of some people to become isolated from the outside world! Various kinds of suspicions arising from a closed room. Conan suspect the murderer is among the tour participants. Conan and Harley who happened along, busy getting clues of case. But not yet had time to close the inner problem, there have been cases of second and third!
